Blackjack Tracker is designed as an offline-first personal tracking tool. If you choose to create an account, certain data is synchronized securely with the cloud (Google Firebase) to enable multi-device sync.
A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your email address and password. You may optionally and voluntarily provide a first name, last name, and username. You can also sign up using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, which shares your email address (or a private relay email, if you choose Apple's "Hide My Email" option) and basic profile information with us.
- User-Generated Gameplay Data: We store the session logs, hand history, casino card profiles, bankroll records, targets, and notes that you manually enter.
- Mindset & Emotional Check-in Data: You may voluntarily and optionally report your emotional states and mindset (e.g., focus level, stress, or confidence) before and after your play sessions. This data is provided only by you and is used solely to generate personal discipline analytics for your own use.
Note on Financial and Health Data: Blackjack Tracker does not access, collect, or process actual bank accounts, real-world financial assets, or clinical health data. All currency or unit trackers are manual, user-generated entries representing simulated or personal statistics.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Approximate Location: We do not request or access your device's GPS location. However, third-party analytics services such as Firebase Analytics may process technical information, including approximate location derived from IP address, according to Google's privacy practices. This information is used for aggregated analytics and app improvement purposes.
- Crash & Performance Data: We use Firebase Crashlytics to monitor App stability. If the App crashes, an anonymous report containing technical details about your device and the crash event is sent to us to help us debug and improve the App.
C. In-App Purchases & Financial Information
- Subscription Management: We use RevenueCat to manage premium subscriptions and features.
- Payment Processing: All financial transactions and purchases are processed securely by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play Services). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank details. RevenueCat only provides us with anonymous purchase confirmations and subscription statuses.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Synchronize Your Data: To sync your local blackjack tracking profiles, session data, and preferences across your devices when connected to the internet.
- To Provide Analytics: To generate personal performance metrics, ROI graphs, win rates, and emotional correlation charts inside the App.
- To Maintain & Debug the App: To identify, diagnose, and fix technical bugs or crashes using anonymized crash reports.
- To Manage Premium Services: To verify your subscription status and unlock premium features (such as PDF generation and advanced analytics).

3. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
- Data Hosting: Your account details and synchronized session data are securely hosted and managed via Google Firebase cloud services.
- Data Security: All data transmitted between the App and Firebase is encrypted in transit using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted at rest on Google's secure cloud servers.
- Offline Storage: If you use the App offline, your session data is stored locally on your device's secure storage until an internet connection is established and synchronization occurs.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
We only utilize trusted infrastructure partners to operate the App. These services may process limited information required to provide their functionality. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party providers and recommend reviewing their privacy policies for additional information.
- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics): For account management, cloud synchronization, anonymous crash reporting, and aggregated usage statistics.
- Apple (Sign in with Apple): If you choose to sign in with Apple, Apple handles your authentication and may share your email address or a private relay email with us.
- RevenueCat: For processing and verifying in-app purchases and premium subscription statuses.
These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to process data on our behalf to keep the App running.
5. Your Rights and Data Control
We provide you with control over your personal data through the tools available within the App's settings under your "Profile" and "Edit Profile" pages:
- Clear All Sessions: You can erase all your casino cards, session logs, and history from both your local device and the cloud database at any time.
- Delete Account: You can permanently delete your entire user account and all associated synchronized data from our Firebase servers. This process is immediate and irreversible.
- Log Out: You can securely sign out of your account on the active device.
To request deletion without access to the App, email support@tabledatalabs.com from the email address associated with your Blackjack Tracker account and use the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, export (data portability), or request erasure of your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
